The F&B Marketing Executive is responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies that drive sales and brand awareness for the bakery. This role involves market research, campaign development, promotional activities, and collaboration with various departments to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Analyze sales data and marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Strategy Development:
Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote products and services.
Collaborate with product development teams to create marketing strategies that align with product campaigns.
Campaign Management:
Plan and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and advertising.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
Brand Management:
Maintain and enhance brand identity and consistency across all marketing channels.
Develop and implement strategies to build brand loyalty and engage with target audiences.

Customer Engagement:
Develop and implement strategies to engage with customers and gather feedback.
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
