Being a Client Account Service Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their service needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency. This role requires strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of the automotive industry and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Specific Responsibilities
1) Listen to customers' descriptions of vehicle issues and symptoms, and record accurate information for service and repair.
2) Provide professional service consultations, explaining recommended maintenance and repairs to customers.
3) Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates on the status of their vehicles and any additional service needs identified by technicians.
4) Achieve sales targets by recommending appropriate services based on vehicle condition and customer needs.
5) Ensure all required documentation is completed and filed correctly, including service agreements, invoices and warranty information.
