Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
- Supervise and coordinate staff, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Manage inventory, place orders, and control food and beverage costs.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints on time.
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in staff training and development.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in managing inventory and basic financials.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
