Job Responsibilities
- Perform front desk duties such as attending to patient's registration, crowd control, answering of phone-calls for appointments, questions, and assisting Doctor's needs.
- Work with the respective managers/heads in the Business Units to ensure smooth daily operations on the ground.
- Liaise and coordinate with external and internal stakeholders while executing these roles.
- Assist the Clinic Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
- A good degree or diploma, preferably in Business Administration or other Healthcare-related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years in Operations / Administration. Relevant experience in the healthcare sector or allied health clinic will be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and experience in working with or managing teams.
- Tasks and details-oriented and able to multi-task, with time management skills being essential.
- Basic understanding of P&L concepts and financial statements preferred.
- Preference for a candidate who is driven, adaptable, and has a growth mindset
