Key Responsibilitie:
- Lead the development of our mobile application for iOS and Android platforms, primarily using React Native
- Architect scalable solutions, maintain code, participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distributed
- knowledge and write automated unit tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality
- Ability to contribute to each step of the product development process (ideation, implementation, and release)
- Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive healthcare data
- Optimize application performance for both online and offline use
- Design and develop intuitive user interfaces that prioritize user experience
- Mentor and guide the team of mobile application developers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers
- Establish best practices, coding standards, and development processes
- Ensure the application meets all necessary compliance and regulatory standards
- Stay updated on mobile development trends and evaluate new technologies for potential adoption and share your findings with the team
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years focused on mobile app development
- Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Deep understanding of state management, performance optimization, and security best practices and design patterns - SOLID, Container/Component pattern, Component composition, Stateless components, Atomic design, Higher order components, Redux /MobX or similar state management
- Strong expertise in React Native and its ecosystem with firm grasp of the JavaScript and TypeScript, ExpressJS or ClojureScript and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax
- Leverage APIs for deep integrations with both platforms
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, JSON, and working with backend services
- Experience with CI/CD and tools like Git, Bitbucket and Jenkins
- Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., Postgres, MySQL) and experience in NoSQL (e.g., GraphDB,MongoDB, dynamoDB)
