Job scope and key responsibilities:
- Part of a team overseeing internal communications and OD efforts, to drive transformation and culture change
- Production of written communications material - involving desktop research, interviews, copywriting and copyediting
- Conceptualise and execute graphic and web design for such communications material, including simple website maintenance as required
- Logistics support for events organised by the department, including but not limited to participant registration, vendor liaison and ushering
Requirements:
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, able to work independently and proactively
- Strong written English (candidate may be required to do a short writing test as part of the hiring process)
- Intermediate skills in graphic/web design software, e.g. Canva Photoshop, Illustrator (candidate may be required to share examples of past work as part of the hiring process)
- Relevant prior experience in OD, user exerperience design and/or marketing will be an advantage, particularly in the education sector or broader public sector
- Able to commit to at least 2 days of on-site work per week, subject to exigencies of work where on-site work is required
Working Hours
Mon - Thur 8.30am-6.00pm
Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
Renumeration
$2,800 - $3,500 per month
