The Kitchen Admin ensures smooth kitchen operations by providing essential administrative support and coordinating with various departments. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and attention to detail are essential for this role. Key responsibilities include:
Job Description: -
* Provides administrative support and materials to various departments and functions, which may include production, quality, procurement and etc.
* Maintain open lines of communication with the kitchen team to stay updated on supply needs and orders.
* Maintain accurate records of employee schedules, production timelines, and overtime logs.
* Maintain and complete production-related documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and production reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
* Any other ad hoc task as assigned
Job Requirement: -
* Diploma in Business Administration or related field
* Minimum 2 years in administrative role, preferably in manufacturing settings
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to details and a high level of accuracy in works
* Proven experience in operations and administrative roles.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Google Drive
* Ability to multitask, Independent and fast learner
* Meticulous and have an eye for details
* Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
