We are seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Enthusiast to join our team! As the first point of contact for our valued guests, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the efficiency of service for the entire operation
- To maintain a high standard of professionalism in service at all times
- To supervise the daily work schedules, e.g. checking on the adequately of supplies, cleanliness, table settings, napkins, glassware, condiment containers, salt and pepper shakers and any other table top items
- To ensure that the chairs and floors are crumb free and also to ensure that the service entrance is clean
- To ensure fast, smooth dining service, he/she must also confirm that the food service stations are adequately stocked with all required equipment of food and beverage supplies
- To conduct monthly inventory checks on outlet operating equipment and account for any discrepancies
- To take pride in all facets of services, quality, cleanliness and personal grooming
- Greet customers, present menus, and explain daily specials to customers
- Answer questions related to menu items
- Take food and beverage orders from customers
- To monitor and take corrective action to reduce waste, misuse and breakage of chinaware and glassware
- To ensure proper billing procedures.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a learning agility for hotel software.
• Fluency in English and fluency in a second language is a plus.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
