If so, we want you to join our team at Stroke Support Station (S3)!
As our Senior Executive, you will take the lead in planning and executing high-impact events and outreach initiatives. This includes spearheading fundraising activities, appreciation ceremonies, and social events, all while playing a vital role in our upcoming 10th Anniversary celebrations! You’ll also be responsible for driving marketing efforts to promote S3’s latest initiatives, such as our Adaptive Gym Programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute fundraising, advocacy, and social events (e.g. roundtable discussions, private receptions, impact showcases, fundraisers and appreciation ceremonies).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure event success and alignment with strategic goals.
- Be a key player in planning and execution of events (e.g. 10th Anniversary celebrations - Gala Dinner)
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote new S3 services, events, and outreach activities.
- Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all marketing channels (social media, traditional media, direct marketing).
- Support outreach initiatives to strengthen community relationships and engage donors.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications, Events Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Social Service Organisation, Non-profit organisation,or the healthcare sector.
- Strong project management and events management skills.
- Confident communicator and presenter with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong writing, proofreading, and design skills.
- Ability to multi-task, with excellent planning and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with current trends in digital and social media marketing.
