Key Responsibilities:
Digital Content Creation and Marketing
- Plan, shoot, and edit creative video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to engage our community and promote organizational goals.
- Stay ahead of social media trends to ensure content is fresh and impactful.
Communications and Marketing Materials
- Craft content for annual reports, newsletters, and corporate communications.
- Design and execute email direct marketing (EDM) campaigns with a focus on performance analysis.
- Work with vendors to produce marketing collateral like brochures, donor kits, banners, standees, and videos.
- Manage and update the corporate website and social media, while monitoring feedback and addressing any misinformation.
Media Relations
- Plan media events, write press releases, and manage media inquiries.
- Prepare leadership for media interviews and public speaking engagements.
- Track and manage media coverage, developing strategies to address misinformation.
Events Management Support
- Assist in organizing fundraising, appreciation ceremonies, and recreational events.
- Coordinate logistics, ensure smooth execution, and collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve successful outcomes.
Advocacy & Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and executive teams to maintain cohesive messaging.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and top-notch quality.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Events Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in filming and editing video content for digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and event management.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software.
- Adaptability in communication styles and formats.
