Job Description
- Manage purchasing information and systems
- Inventory Management: Periodically check stock levels to ensure they are within safe tolerance limits for just-in-time delivery.
- Provide sales support to the sales team for creation of sales orders, delivery orders and update the stocks levels that require attention.
- Prepare & Submit Weekly/Daily Inventory Report & Forecast
- Coordinate with forwarder, track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain updated records of sales/purchased product, delivery information and invoices
- Work with operations and finance department on all sales/purchases matters
- Providing ad-hoc general administrative support when assigned

- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office Applications
- Experience in e-commerce management or e-commerce platforms will be an advantage
