Accounts & Admin Executive
Batch Technologies Pte Ltd, a leading manufacturer and installer of concrete batching plants, is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounts Executive to join our dynamic Finance department! In this crucial role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our company, managing client accounts, and contributing to our continued growth.
About the Role:
You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks within the accounts receivable and payable functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions. You'll work closely with various departments, including sales, operations, and internal clients, to maintain strong financial relationships and support the company's financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
· Accounts Receivable (AR):
o Issue invoices for our concrete batching plant sales and installation services.
o Manage the collections process, ensuring timely payments from clients.
o Research and resolve any discrepancies related to invoices or payments.
o Maintain accurate AR records and reports.
· Accounts Payable (AP):
o Process incoming invoices from vendors for materials, supplies, and services.
o Ensure timely payments to vendors according to agreed-upon terms.
o Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate AP records.
· General Finance Support:
o Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
o Provide support to internal clients regarding financial inquiries.
o Maintain a deep understanding of Batch Technologies' financial processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or a similar role within a manufacturing or construction environment (a plus).
· Diploma in Accounting or a related field (preferred).
· Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (General Ledger, AR/AP).
· Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
