- Manage the full spectrum of payroll functions, including monthly salary processing, CPF contributions, etc.
- Assist in resume sourcing and interview coordination.
- Create and maintain staff records in the BIPO HR system.
- Perform daily HR administrative duties.
- Handle work pass-related matters.
- Submit government claims, such as GPML, CCL, etc.
- Carry out office administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
