The Events & Partnership Executive oversees the execution of local industry events, ensuring smooth on-site operations by collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders and partners.
Develop strategies to drive membership
- Identify and connect with potential collaborators to organize outreach and networking events aimed at raising awareness and promoting program adoption.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to identify growth opportunities for the Federation.
- Analyze research findings to uncover emerging trends and areas for improvement in members' products or services.
- Explore opportunities to create or enhance products and services that offer added value to members.
Organise and oversee industry development events
- Create event proposals for management approval, ensuring objectives are achieved during planning, design, and production while adhering to time and budget limits.
- Engage with event sponsors, partners, and suppliers to explore potential future collaborations.
- Collaborate with event sponsors, partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth on-site operations during events.
- Partner with Marketing & Communications to craft impactful event marketing campaigns and communication strategies for key messages.
- Collect post-event feedback from all stakeholders to pinpoint areas for improvement in future events.
Accelerate industry innovation and technology adoption
- Identify the digital requirements of stakeholders to promote the adoption of technology in businesses.
- Execute programs and initiatives with the aim of educating and enhancing enterprises' understanding of various aspects of technology and digitalization.
- Implement campaigns and events to promote the adoption of technology and digital initiatives.
