Job Description:
- 6days work week, work 8 - 10hours only per day
- Location: Island wide
- Basic + Allowances + Performance bonus
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or Cook
- Strong food presentation skills, adhering to standards
- Maintain high food quality and culinary skills
- Understand kitchen operations and processes
- Clean food prep areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils
- Coordinate with service staff & departments for kitchen and customer needs
Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years of experience
