Job Experience:
- Assist all inquiries and complaints.
- Help with card access, keys, move-ins/outs, and renovation requests.
- Schedule contractor and technician visits for service requests.
- Compile weekly and monthly reports
- Handle phone calls and mails.
- Manage petty cash and book estate facilities.
- Maintain filing systems, track office supplies, and manage equipment
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 'O' Level or other relevant certificates.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in admin or any other related field
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
