JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Design, test and develop the software to meet customer's needs
- Analyze the needs of the user
- Assist the Operation Manager in the safe, efficient and reliable operations of the laundry plant/satellite using technology
- To implement laundry automation systems to enhance productivity
- Conduct In-house test, Remote support and on-site testing and commissioning of laundry systems
- To troubleshoot, repair current factory automation hardware, software and interface issues, maintaining the system to ensure full functionality and reliability.
- Review operational processes and frameworks to achieve continuous operation & service excellence
- Provide IT training for staff to facilitate ongoing excellence in timely operation delivery
- Upkeeping of 6S of the work environment
- Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures
- Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customers service standards
- Able to manage from customer service to operation aspect
- Prepare, plan and co-ordinate the maintenance activities; implement measures for improvement; submit performance reports.
- Assist in all IT related issues
- Ad hoc projects as requested by superior
Requirements :
- Degree/Diploma in Software Engineering/Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Electronics Engineering, specializing in software Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience software development.
- Study/Analysis, design, develop, test, deploy and maintain business application systems.
- Participate in the full system development life cycle with application design, development, implementation, and production support.
- Analyze business requirements and transform them into technical design.
- Implement the technical design, develop application programs and test the functional requirements.
- Conduct user training on application systems and provide on-going production support
- Able to work independently, proactive and manage projects assigned to them with minimum supervision. Selected person must also be able to interact with customers for project technically/commercially. We hope to groom this person for long term career growth with the company
