Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong technical background combined with proven experience in managing and delivering complex projects. The ideal candidate will lead our technical team, ensuring high-quality deliverables, while also overseeing the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers, developers, and other technical professionals for IPAAS (Boomi) Solutions
· Oversee the architecture, design, and development of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices for IPAAS (Boomi) Solutions
· Provide hands-on coding and debugging when necessary, serving as the technical point of escalation for IPAAS (Boomi) Solutions
· Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to deployment, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects for for IPAAS (Boomi) Solutions
· Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
· Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
· Present technical solutions and project progress to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
· Coordinate customers for migrating from old solution to new solution
· Encourage a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes knowledge sharing and teamwork.
Required Skills:
· Project experience implementing and designing IPAAS(Boomi) Solutions
· Experience in various SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
· Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
· Experience in Banking client migrations projects
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
· Strong knowledge of software development languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
· Certification in IPAAS (Boomi) Solutions
· Certification in Cloud (AWS)
· Certification in Database (Oracle)
· Experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of managing client relationships.
· Familiarity with modern software architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, serverless).
Preferred Education:
· Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience, or combination
Experience: At least 10 years
