Position Overview:We are seeking a highly proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to manage both professional and personal affairs. The ideal candidate must possess strong administrative, writing, scheduling, and communication skills. They will support daily operations, travel arrangements, recruitment tasks, and basic accounting while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred, with the ability to act as a liaison between the employer and internal/external parties.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Personal Affairs:Assist the employer with personal tasks such as shopping, appointments, and household management.
    Ensure all personal requests and needs are handled promptly and efficiently.
  2. Daily Management:Manage the employer’s daily schedule, including meetings, events, and travel planning.
    Handle emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and managing important matters.
    Arrange and coordinate personal and business activities with external and internal parties.
  3. Administrative Support:Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentation materials.
    Assist in financial management tasks, including expense reimbursements, invoicing, and bill payments.
    Maintain personal files, documents, and other sensitive materials for the employer.
    Provide assistance in recruitment-related activities, such as job postings and interview scheduling.
  4. Travel Arrangements:Organize travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transport.
    Ensure smooth and detailed planning for both personal and business trips.
  5. Communication and Coordination:Act as a liaison between the employer and other parties, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
    Coordinate with household and office staff to manage operations efficiently.
  6. Recruitment & Accounting Assistance:Support the employer in recruitment processes and candidate coordination.
    Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (proficient translation skills are a plus).
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to handle confidential matters.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with basic accounting and recruitment processes.
  • Highly proactive, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a keen ability to coordinate and manage various tasks and teams.
