[Position]

• Start date: June 2024 (negotiable)
• Role: Accounting & Finance Manager (new position)
• Number of new staff: 1 Staff
• Term: Permanent
• Working Location: Central Business District
• Over Time: Occasionally if ad-hoc urgency requested
• Probation period: 3 months
• Working hours:

1. 8:45am to 17:15pm (including 1hour lunch break) or such hours as the Employee deems necessary, Monday to Friday exclude Singapore Public Holiday.
2. Off in Lieu provided for ad-hoc night shift or PH/Weekend shift.

[Responsibilities]

• Manage full set of accounts, supervise financial reporting and perform financial analysis processes.
• Oversee financial planning, credit line management, cash flow management, and compliance.
• Review financial statements and analyse financial data.
• Oversee bookkeeping accounts by outsourced accountants and assist in annual audit.
• Perform Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Reporting to HQ in Japan for Consolidated accounting.
• Manage the preparation of the company's budget.
• Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances.
• Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction.
• Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management.
• Analyse financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets.
• Manage / support outsourced functions:

1. Corporate tax confirmation support (Tax calculation by outsourced accountants)
2. Income tax confirmation support (Tax calculation by outsourced accountants)

[Education / Experience / Skills]

1. Diploma / Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent business experiences with strong accounting skills.
2. Extensive Accounting & Financial Management experiences with minimum 5 years and above.
3. Prior experience in group consolidation and financial reporting is preferred.
4. Strong fluency in Japanese is essential as the contact pebetween local and MKI HQ accountants.

• Monthly Salary: SGD5,000 ~ SGD7,000 (subject to experiences &/ skills)
