Job Responsibilities
- To perform a wide range of administrative duties and act as a ‘focal’ point to division.
- To coordinate and prepare billing / invoicing in a timely manner.
- To setup, manage and police the document control system.
- To liaise with various division on project matters
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in an executive or administrator role with billing duties. Prior experience in construction industry will be advantageous.
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Team player, with positive mindset and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently, with minimal supervision
