§ Supports the Aftersales Manager / Service Manager with administrative activities and paperwork
· Prepare documents for approval
· Monitor leave application for approval
· Monitor over time submission for approval
§ Assists with all subcontractors PO / sublets
§ Conducts follow up according to subcontractors’ last activity
§ Ensures office supplies are sufficient and to order
§ Safekeep uniforms and safety boots and coordinate ordering
§ Knows the relevant KPIs for his or her target achievement
§ Ensures the smooth cooperation between all Interfaces
