Job Description
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to CEO
- Manage, organize and maintain CEO’s schedule, including setting up appointments with potential clients ·
- Acting as first point of contact between CEO and internal or external stakeholders. Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence on behalf of CEO, phone calls and other form of communication
- Handle travel arrangements (air ticket booking/ visa application/ accommodation reservation/ arranging schedule) and manage all expense claims
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all company processes are handled efficiently and resolve any issues that may arise
- Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, maintenance of filing system and contact database.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned
Requirement
- This role required candidate to travel overseas with CEO if needed
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of solid and continuous experience as a professional secretary or personal assistant, demonstrating exceptional high-level support.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
- Familiar with Singapore culture, policy, laws and regulations to avoid business risks
