Job Description:
This is a full time role for an Inventory Analyst Executive located in the North Bridge Rd. Our client is the leading manufacturer and distributor of components for Factory Automation, Press Die and Plastic Mold, Electrical & Wiring Parts, Tools and MRO items.
You will be responsible for managing back-end business operations related to inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and a smooth customer purchasing experience. The candidate will work under the Business Development Manager, handling tasks such as demand forecasting, placing purchase orders, and monitoring stock to minimise out-of-stock situations. Additionally, they will liaise with suppliers for timely deliveries, manage customer technical support via phone or email, and maintain the product master database. The role also includes collaborating with other departments on product-related activities, such as discounts and quality checks, and generating reports from collected statistics. Other related duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- 1-3 years relevant B2B industrial sales support experience.
- Experience in Stock Management.
- Competent in MS Office, MS Access skills are required, Advance skill level for Excel
- Able to understand basic technical terms in product drawing.
