About the Role
We are seeking a versatile and organized individual to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role includes significant office admin responsibilities but may also encompass other duties as needed by the organization. The position requires on-site presence and does not offer work-from-home arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle office admin tasks including:Managing general office duties
- Organizing and maintaining office files and records
- Assisting with scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reports
- Coordinating office supplies and equipment maintenance
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed
- Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities or projects as they arise
- Adapt to changing priorities and workload distributions
Requirements
- Diploma holder (field of study open)
- Fluent in Japanese (speaking and writing)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Good communication skills in both Japanese and English
- Comfortable with a desk-bound job and on-site work
- Flexibility to adapt to various tasks and responsibilities
Experience
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence
- Work schedule follows the Japanese calendar for holidays and observances
