· To source and procure materials, products and equipment as required by the production and project teams (Both Singapore & China)
· To track and monitor the timely delivery of goods and services to meet schedules
· To prepare, issue and upkeep proper records of the Purchasing function
· To continually source for new suppliers, negotiate for competitive pricing and better credit terms
· To continually learn and upgrade on negotiation techniques
· To prepare and submit reports to the management
· To study, implement and uphold the Corporate Quality Policy and Quality Documentation in all Purchasing systems and administration
