About the Job
We are looking for a Procurement Executive to join us in our procurement team to support our GPs and clinic staff on the frontlines.
This is a full-time onsite role. If you’re a dynamic individual with a can-do attitude and a service-oriented mindset, we want you!
You will be responsible for day-to-day procurement of supply chain/ medical devices & services for Bridgepoint Health.
The Role
- Support the development of purchasing procedures, policies and documentation system for medical devices in accordance with industry and regulatory standards (e.g. ISO, GDPMDS etc.)
- Conduct all supply chain activities for all goods and services in accordance with policies and procedures (e.g. vendor sourcing, purchasing, distribution, inventory management etc.)
- Maintain the warehouse in accordance with industry and regulatory standards
- Assist in general housekeeping and perform data entry
- Ad hoc duties (including cross-functional support, facilities management, quality improvement initiatives, etc.)
The Person
- Diploma in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences and related disciplines, with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience or
Degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences and related disciplines with minimum 1 year of relevant working experience - Experience in clinical and medical materials, capital equipment, servicing and maintenance is preferred
- Team player with excellent analytical and organisational skills
