1) Management of customer enquiry and feedback
2) Order processing (Ensure daily orders are fulfilled in a timely manner)
3) Ensure timely delivery of products to customers by effective liaison with internal
and external logistic partner
4) Assist in planning optimal delivery route and schedule of operation activities
such as processing and stock movement
5) Assist in preparation of quotation and tender documents
6) Provide administrative support for business operations.
7) Provide support to the operation in maintaining a smooth operation process.
8) Any ad hoc duties and/or projects as assigned.
