Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage DLP software solutions to monitor and protect data in transit, at rest, and in use.
- Develop and enforce policies to prevent unauthorized access, transfer, or sharing of sensitive data.
- Integrate DLP solutions with other security systems, such as SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) platforms.
- Continuously monitor alerts and logs from DLP systems for potential data leakage or breaches.
- Investigate and respond to DLP alerts by analyzing root causes and determining remediation actions.
- Coordinate with incident response teams to mitigate the impact of data security incidents.
- Responsible for the company's data security construction, developing the company's data security plan and promoting its implementation, including DLP deployment and operation, file security capability access, end-to-end encryption, data warehouse security, business system permission governance, classification and grading construction, KMS scheme design and promotion, etc;
- Responsible for the overall security construction planning, promotion, and implementation of the company, as well as team management.
- Formulate and promote the implementation of the company's data security plan, including DLP
- Deployment and operation, integration of file security capabilities, end-to-end encryption, data warehouse security, governance of business system permissions, classification and grading construction, KMS scheme design and promotion, etc
- Promote SDL security capability building, including security review checkpoints at the PRD stage/Jira stage, as well as SATS/IAST capability building.
- Terminal Security: Promoted testing and deployment of terminal security products, assessed and enabled security features of office suites, and established a security audit mechanism for employee departures
- Ensure that DLP policies comply with relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM, CEH, or a DLP-specific certification like Symantec DLP or Forcepoint DLP) are preferred.
- 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security roles, with specific experience in data loss prevention, security monitoring, or incident response.
- Hands-on experience with DLP solutions (e.g., Symantec, Forcepoint, Proofpoint McAfee, Digital Guardian).
- Familiarity with security frameworks and regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Experience in basic principles and remediation methods of common vulnerabilities, familiar with the usage and techniques of common tools, and able to conduct risk analysis of vulnerabilities in combination with business scenarios.
- Experience in network security domain partitioning, network device configuration, and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of DLP technologies, encryption methods, and data protection best practices.
- Proficiency in security monitoring tools (SIEM) and incident response processes.
- Understanding of network protocols, cloud environments, and data access controls.
