Responsibilities:
- Strong domain knowledge of Transaction monitoring apps like ACTMIZE and MANTAS and AML-KYC apps like DETICA(Net Reveal).
- Strong Understanding Actimize framework and its components work together for anti-money laundering and fraud detection (e.g., Enterprise Risk Case Manager (ECRM) , RCM (Risk Case Manager), Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM), Customer Due Diligence (CDD) , Watch List Filtering (WLF))
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive product vision and strategy for managing risks in cryptocurrency operations.
- Identify market opportunities and trends in cryptocurrency risk management.
- Define product roadmaps, set priorities, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities in cryptocurrency operations.
- Analyze risk data to understand trends and impacts on the organization’s crypto- related activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks through digital solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to develop and launch risk management products.
- Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria specific to cryptocurrency risk.
- Ensure products are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including risk management, compliance, IT, and business units focused on cryptocurrency.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and ensure alignment with product goals.
- Provide regular updates and reports on product progress and risk metrics.
- Ensure digital products comply with relevant regulatory and industry standards specific to cryptocurrencies.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and adjust product strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory challenges in cryptocurrency operations.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles to create intuitive and effective crypto risk management tools.
- Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure effective product adoption.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to continuously improve product offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree / Master’s in top tier university
- 7+ years of experience in IT/product management, with a focus on risk management or digital security products.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and products in the cryptocurrency space.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, technologies, and risk management principles.
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and digital security trends.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency compliance standards and regulations (e.g., AML/KYC)
- Ability to speak and write in Chinese as the incumbent requires to liaise with the China HQ counterparts/personnel for work or project related matters
