Job Description:
- Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
- Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
- Maintains filing systems as assigned.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
- Handles general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning.
- Assist in getting quotations from sub-contractors.
- Assist the Contracts team for tender submissions (knowledge in drawings is a bonus).
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least GCE 'N' level or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
- Ability to work independently.
- Prior experience in Construction contracts/tender team is a plus.
