Your Role:
As a Project Manager , you’ll oversee the entire lifecycle of corporate events, from conception to execution, ensuring seamless delivery and exceeding client expectations. You’ll work closely with our internal team, clients, and suppliers to manage everything from budgeting to logistics to on-site coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Event Management: Take charge of event planning and execution. You’ll manage timelines, logistics, and ensure everything runs smoothly on event day.
- Client Liaison: Be the main point of contact for clients throughout the event process, ensuring their needs are met and that their vision is executed to perfection.
- Proposal & Budget Collaboration: Work alongside our internal teams to develop proposals and budgets that align with client requirements and logistical realities.
- Vendor & Supplier Management: Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining top-quality event services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, finance, and junior staff to ensure all elements of the event are seamlessly integrated.
- Post-Event Reporting: Provide detailed reports on event outcomes, gather client feedback, and suggest improvements for future events.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3-4 years of experience in event management or related roles, with a proven track record of handling corporate events such as D&Ds, conferences, or product launches.
- Exceptional communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Experience in budget management, vendor negotiation, and logistics.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle last-minute changes.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides, and project management tools like Asana.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
