The Executive will provide administrative and operational support for all activities and initiatives under the RISE Programme for post-stroke community re-integration for stroke survivors and their families following discharge from the hospitals. He/She will assist the Programme Director and liaise with the Stroke Well-being Coordinators and Research Administrator in the team to ensure the smooth functioning of the Programme.
The duty of the incumbent includes the following but is not limited to:
- Provide administrative, finance and operational support for the RISE Programme.
- Review existing post-acute transition of stroke care processes.
- Planning and implementation of various initiatives and programs for stroke survivors post-discharge.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external partners for the provision of stroke-related services.
- Handle case data collation and management of databases.
- Perform data analyses to evaluate Programme outcomes.
- Assist in preparation of progress reports, abstracts/manuscripts, and presentations to stakeholders and funding agency.
Requirements:
- Degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Psychology, Pharmacy, Nursing or related field.
- Possess good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to exercise initiative, multi-task and work independently.
- Good IT literacy and statistics skills are also desirable.
