Job Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the director
- Manage the director’s schedule e.g. organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist in the preparation of presentation decks and materials; Consolidate and sent relevant materials and documents to the relevant parties by stipulated timeline
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between the directors
- Prioritize conflicting needs and proactively follow-through on scheduling/coordination of administrative tasks to successful completion.
- Maintain an organized filing system to ensure easy access to important documents
- Collate information for asset tracking, team’s attendance/representation at organisational events
- Tracking of central utilisation of corporate Purchase card expense and supporting documents
- Maintain divisional group mail lists and staff welfare fund/usage.
- Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma and above in any discipline
- 2 - 3 years’ experience as a Team Administration
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient In MS Office
