Our client, a well-known MNC company in field of forwarding, warehouse, and logistic, has been looking for Warehouse Manager (Department Head, up to $9,000) who will manage around 150 employees in the department.
➤Work location: Clementi and Tuas
Job requirements:
➤To lead entire of warehouse department with management
➤To understand management policy then implement measure on each site to achieve it
➤To integrate the manager’s opinion and make warehouse strategy plan.
➤To corporate with other section to make achieve common warehouse department target.
➤Maintaining discipline to improve employee retention rates and managing and improving the workplace to create a comfortable working environment
➤To consider adequate BCP not to disrupt the warehouse and CSR operation
(Sales achievement)
➤To commit warehouse sales and profit target
➤Planning cost saving solution and continuous improvement for operation productivity.
➤Planning to maximize warehouse storage and to grow income towards improving profitability.
(Safety and Quality)
➤Responsible for whole warehouse operation safety and quality operation.
➤Planning warehouse operation improvement to maintain higher level of customer satisfaction.
➤Planning for efficiency in the warehouse - Using technology and innovation
➤To analyse the root cause of operation failure to improve safety and quality performance
(Labor management)
➤Planning manpower resources.
➤Carry out proper evaluation of staff and perform necessary management and supervision duties.
➤Planning and conduct training for staff to grow staff performance to maximize organization performance.
(General duties)
➤Answer customer queries on day-to-day basis
➤To supervise each operation managers to perform to meet customer requirement
➤To provide solution to satisfy customer demand
➤Attending KPI meeting with clients
➤To support Junior managers in Operations
➤Hands On Approach
➤Any other Duties assigned
Job Requirements:
➤Around 10 years of Warehouse experiences is required
➤Experience of management in warehouses
➤Knowledge and experiences in medical, pharmaceutical and food-related certification standards is also great advantage
➤Person who is patient and flexible, and should be a good motivator
➤Person who can work under pressure
