Job Description
1. Review and Approve external payment orders
2. Reconcile income from dine-in and various delivery platforms
3. Responsible for the accounting and allocation of costs and expenses
4. Accrue expenses monthly based on various bills
5. Prepare full-set accounting vouchers according to accounting standards and tax policies
6. Reconcile account balance sheets monthly and track pending items
7. Produce individual financial statements in time
8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
Requirements:
1.Degree in Accountancy with 4-5 years of relevant experiences .
2. Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
3. High attention to detail and accuracy
4. Ability to direct and supervise
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English and Mandarin, to liaise with Chinese speaking headquarter counterparties.
6.Experience in restaurants and F&B is advantageous.
