Job Description: As the Head of Guest Experience, your primary responsibility is to ensure that every client feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they step through our doors. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the warmth and hospitality at REKOOP, creating a positive and memorable experience for all our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
● Warm Welcome: Personally greet clients as they arrive, ensuring they feel comfortable and at home.
● Client Engagement: Engage with clients during their visit, offering assistance, answering questions, and ensuring they have everything they need.
● Atmosphere Creation: Work closely with the management team to foster a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the club.
● Event Coordination: Organize and host events, workshops, and social gatherings to enhance the community feel at REKOOP.
● Feedback Loop: Collect and act on client feedback to continually improve the guest experience.
● Staff Training: Train and mentor staff on best practices for guest interactions and service delivery.
Qualifications:
● Experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a luxury or wellness environment.
