Role Summary
- You will have the overall responsibility to lead the IT Security and Governance unit of the organization.
- The ideal candidate will play a critical role in safeguarding the cybersecurity and compliance of our organization's data and infrastructure, and reputation while leading a talented team of cybersecurity professionals.
- You should be a seasoned Cybersecurity expert with In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and industry standards.
- You will lead the team to manage the SOC and Incident Response function in CISO.
- You will be responsible in leading the team to design, implement and administer all layers of security tools and assets across cloud and on-premise infrastructures.
- You will need to establish / optimize security infrastructure design and enhance existing processes to meet business goals.
- An important aspect of this role is the ability to work across vendors and partners in ensuring a high level of security posture within the organization.
- You will drive proactive cybersecurity measures to ensure threats are timely captured and mitigated.
Essential Skills:
- Technical background in Cybersecurity across Public / Private Cloud, PaSS, SaSS, BC / DR, Virtualization, Network and End User Security tools
- Knowledge in technology platform (e.g. Cloud, Operating Systems, Application Software, Middleware, Databases).
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in managing security operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in the telecommunications (telco) or Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) sectors is a plus.
- Experience in managing hybrid organizations with remote outsourcing vendors is preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of technical experiences in Cybersecurity / Infrastructure / Network
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (or equivalent)
