Description:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and communicate target to sales team; through ensuring that the various sales KPI (average transactional value, average number of transactions, total annualised production etc) are met.
- Ensure the growth of client portfolio and achieve a high client repeat rate amongst the sales team
- Maintain High Level of Customer Service and Satisfaction through efficient follow up and service
- Demonstrate and reinforce brand’s mission, vision and core values through strong leadership and commitment.
- Identify and implement strategies to increase staff loyalty, satisfaction and team spirit through rewards, recognition, training and coaching, ultimately ensuring that store turnover rate is low.
- Collaborate with Store manager on the training plan for the store.
- Identify High potential talents for Succession Planning
- Complete daily/monthly report
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of store management experience in luxury industry
- Prior Experience in sales generation and managing the achievement of sales results
- Flexibility to work in shifts and non-conventional working hours
- Ability to develop new opportunities, while maintaining existing relationships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word Applications, Client tracking systems and Point of Sales (POS) system
