- Provide administrative support to the Centre Management Office (which includes filing, arrange courier services, etc...)
- To update and maintain contractors' and tenant's contact list
- To assist with the rental arrears management
- Preparation and collation of reports
- Purchase of stationery, letterheads, envelopes, etc.
- Assume receptionist duty at the Centre Management Office
- Assist in submitting claims (telephone, reimbursement, etc...) for the Centre Management Office
- Assist in writing minutes and sending out circulars to tenants
- Manage website content for Perennial Business City and ensure that it is current and up-to-date
- To manage and supervise the outsourced Concierge Officers
- Any other duties as assigned
