Job Description
- Assist in the administrative tasks such as bookkeeping, data entry and follow up with beneficiaries.
- Assists in preparation and housekeeping of mentoring materials and resources.
- Assist the mentors during GEM Mentoring sessions.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin
- Problem solver, independent & able to work with little supervision
- Able to work well independently as well as within a team
- Keen to work with children
Working Hours
