We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Administrative Assistant for our group copmanies to join our team. If you have a friendly, positive, professional and caring attitude and enjoy working with others, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and handling payments and collections
- Assist with scheduling, filing, and other organizational duties
- Support showroom activities and assist other team members as needed
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom
- Handle communications via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle various administrative responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help others
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office, bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks, Xero.)
- Ability to work 5 days a week in our showroom
- A mindset of commitment, with the desire to stay and grow with the company for at least 2 years
