Details:
- Salary: $3200 - $4800
- AWS + PB + ALLOWANCE
- Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri) & 8.30am to 12.30pm (Sat half day)
- Location: Alps Ave Alps Ave (With company transport at Ang Mo Kio / Yishun / Sengkang / Punggol / Tanah Merah / Bedok)
Job Scope:
- Manage and guide warehouse staff, ensuring performance and adherence to standards.
- Ensure the warehouse program meets expectations for delivery timelines and inventory integrity while aligning with organizational goals.
- Operate the program cost-effectively, controlling material usage, purchases, headcount, and overtime.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity, conducting audits and resolving discrepancies.
- Collect and analyze feedback from staff and customers to drive process improvements.
- Develop and maintain work instructions, ensure compliance with processes, and conduct On-Job-Training (OJT) for staff.
