Responsibilities:
- Operate under the supervision and direction of the CRE/PM, managing MEICA engineering tasks.
- Review and interpret ICA scope, BIM models, specifications, and drawings related to all ICA work.
- Adhere to established plans, procedures, workflows, systems, and tools for the supervision of CWRP.
- Collaborate with the BIM model for ICA and other MEICA projects.
- Provide regular technical updates to the Engineering Manager and CRE regarding any issues.
- Work closely with Project Managers to address technical and engineering challenges for each contract, prioritize issues, and coordinate with the discipline teams to resolve them.
- Enforce adherence to specifications and industry codes of practice.
- Stay informed about the progress of ICA work and upcoming activities by reviewing contractor notices, monitoring WhatsApp group updates, and communicating with Resident Engineers.
- Ensure all inspection documentation meets local authorities' requirements and project standards.
- Verify that safety, environmental standards, and risks are properly addressed during submittal reviews, and monitor compliance during construction, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Provide technical assistance and input on contract-related matters.
- Coordinate relevant technical issues with Resident Engineers of other disciplines.
- Ensure the engineering, inspection, and testing functions are adequate for all contracts.
- Maintain consistent quality standards and compliance with design plans and specifications across all contracts.
- Ensure contractors' documentation meets project standards.
- Maintain up-to-date site records and ensure they are organized.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements:
- Min 5 years of experience
- Have experience in PUB / water projects
