Reporting to Administration Manager (AM), the personnel will assist in
the following: -
Counter Duties
Customer Service Counter Duty (mindset must meet the realist
challenges and demands of a Primary School setting)
To answer phone calls, manage visitors, takes messages, responds
to enquiries and provide general useful information (in a very
dynamic environment where calls are voluminous).
Able to use school implemented IT system for administrative
purposes.
To handle daily varied requests and queries from parents / students /
vendors / staff etc
To call students to convey messages during ad-hoc / special events.
To render first level assistance to walk-in students’ needs including
sick & injured students. To escalate case to other colleagues in the
office immediately if it is beyond superficial cases.
To handle / support situation when students’ vomit and soiled their
clothes.
