About the job
- Regularly assess, clarify, and validate customer needs to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Develop new sales opportunities and manage sales projects effectively.
- Engage with key customers, enhancing and maintaining strong relationships.
- Collaborate with the solution and delivery teams to formulate account strategies and business plans.
- Conduct industry research and market analysis to ensure the competitiveness of proposed solutions.
- Achieve annual business goals through efficient internal coordination and effective customer engagement.
- Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives for team members, stakeholders, and potential use in case studies or company training.
- Manage key accounts and perform related duties as necessary.
Skillset and experience required:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or a related field is required.
- Background in ICT, specifically related to carrier networks, is essential.
- Min 5 years of experience in ICT sales, client support, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated success in delivering client solutions and meeting sales targets.
- Preferred experience in solution sales with a deep understanding of product specifications, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused, target-oriented, and capable of precise work with minimal supervision.
- Strong negotiation skills, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
