F&B Operations Manager

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

· Oversee daily food and beverage operations.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

· Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

· Implement and manage quality control procedures.

Staff Management:

· Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff.

· Schedule shifts and manage staff rotas.

· Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.

· Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Customer Service:

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

· Develop and implement customer service standards.

Financial Management:

· Prepare and manage budgets.

· Monitor and control expenses.

· Analyze financial performance and implement cost-saving measures.

· Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue.

Menu Development:

· Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to design menus.

· Ensure menus are appealing and meet customer preferences.

· Oversee pricing strategies and portion control.

Marketing and Promotion:

· Develop and implement promotional activities.

· Coordinate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility.

· Analyze market trends and customer preferences.

Compliance and Standards:

· Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, and food safety standards.

· Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in food and beverage management.

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Proficient in MS Office and F&B management software.

· Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
