Responsibilities
Quality Management:
- Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs, work instructions, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, Kaizen) and prepare aftersales ISO certification.
- Conduct internal audits and lead efforts for corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
Strategic Planning:
- Lead operational planning, including forecasting, capacity, and resource allocation.
- Develop KPIs to track performance in quality and production.
Continuous Improvement and team development:
- Identify process optimization opportunities and implement new technologies.
- Supervise and develop a team of quality and planning professionals, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Ensure proper training and development programs are in place to enhance staff capabilities.
Requirements
- Min. Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- Min. 2 years’ experience in quality management, production planning, or similar roles.
- Experience with public transport operators preferred.
- Knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with China HQ.
