- Ensuring a memorable experience for each client by taking a leading role in the creation and regular updating of the Bar and F&B programme
- Deliver exceptional customer service through warmly greeting visitors, providing tours, introduction of the brand’s history and values, serving of tailor made drinks and snack offerings according to client preferences
- Presenting a positive first impression of the establishment's friendliness, service excellence and high hospitality standards
- Involve in maintaining extensive knowledge of beverage offerings and working collaboratively with other team members
- Enhancing the overall hospitality knowhow to ensure smooth operations and maintenance of impeccable service
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role in the luxury hospitality or food & beverage industry is required
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and coffee/tea preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- A passion for mixology, innovation, and delivering exceptional service
