Looking for a Genesys CX cloud Engineer who has experience in the below skills
- Having experience in the Contact center Genesys Development area for 4+ years with Multi DC implementation.
- Should have hands on experience on Cloud CX integrations in voice and digital areas at least for 2 years
- Ability to custom code in Java, understand and code yaml
- Good Analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Integration knowledge: integrating CRM or downstream applications for pulling of the data. Javascript & YAML background
